    2. Enter your contact information.
    3. Enter your child's information.
    4. Select your package or packages, and backgrounds if needed.
    5. Continue to payment.
    6. Fill out the envelope with your package and background selections and write 'PAID ONLINE' on the envelope.
    7. Return the completed envelope to the school before/on October 16th.
